About The Position
As a part time Receptionist with Cara, you’ll have the privilege to support local clients and their pets—but you will also have the support and resources needed to provide the highest quality care. Once hired, the Veterinary Receptionist will collaborate with and will be directed by the Hospital Director to:
- Collaborate with the entire hospital team to provide seamless patient care
- Assist clients on the phone and greet clients in the practice, while offering excellent customer service
- Assist veterinarians and other team members to schedule follow up appointments,
- Educate clients about the best home care for their pet
- Share your knowledge with others, while learning new and innovative modalities
- Contribute to a team offering the highest standards of medical excellence and client service
- Assist with community outreach programs
Our Offer
- Highly competitive salary based on experience, Salary range of $17.00-$22.83
