Appointments
At Mercer Street Veterinary Hospital, we operate primarily by appointments to allow ample time for all patients. Each doctor is available for appointments or surgery based on a rotating schedule. We attempt to adhere to our appointment schedule, realizing that your time is as valuable as ours.
Occasionally, a surgery may take longer than expected, or emergencies arise, and a delay in our schedule may develop. We will try to contact you if we foresee this happening.
We ask that clients arrive on time for their scheduled visit. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid impacting other patients.
If you wish to cancel an appointment, please try to give us 24-hours’ notice. For echocardiograms and ultrasounds, 24-hours’ notice is required. For surgeries, we ask for a minimum of 48-hours’ notice to allow us to adjust our surgical schedule accordingly.
